Technical Visit to Özmermer Flour Factory
As part of the GMS206 Food Technology and GMS314 Gaziantep and Gastronomy courses, a technical field trip was organized to the Özmermer Flour Factory. Following a presentation on flour production technology and product variety, a factory tour was conducted to observe the production processes firsthand.
