Quality Policy

In alignment with the vision, mission, and values of Hasan Kalyoncu University, Faculty of Tourism,

Ensuring a participatory management approach in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and increasing satisfaction
Updating and meeting education and training services in line with the needs and expectations of all relevant parties
Based on the Plan – Do – Check – Act (PDCA) approach within the framework of continuous improvement

Establishing, implementing, and ensuring the continuity of a quality management system has been determined as the Quality Policy of the department.
