Quality Policy
Quality management system in line with the vision, mission and values of the Faculty of Tourism.
Hasan Kalyoncu University, in line with the vision, mission and values of the Faculty of Tourism,
- ensuring a participatory management approach in cooperation with internal and external stakeholders and increasing satisfaction,
- updating and meeting the needs and expectations of all relevant parties in education and teaching services,
- based on the Plan – Do – Check – Act (PDCA) approach within the framework of continuous improvement,
has determined as the Department’s Quality Policy to establish, implement and sustain a quality management system.
