Within the scope of our “Gaziantep and Gastronomy” course, we visited the Emine Göğüş Culinary Museum with our students.
The Emine Göğüş Culinary Museum is a prominent landmark that showcases Gaziantep’s culinary heritage through photographs, food replicas, and traditional kitchen utensils used throughout history. Through this visit, our students enjoyed a rich learning experience, observing every dimension of Gaziantep cuisine.
We would like to express our gratitude to the museum supervisor, Ahmet Taşdemir, for enriching our tour with his insightful guidance.
