Message from the Head of the Department

Dear Chief and Executive Candidates;

Our gastronomy and culinary arts department appeals to students who enjoy eating and cooking, are
eager to learn the correct cooking and presentation techniques, and want to have in-depth
knowledge of the historical and cultural development of the kitchen.
Our main aim is; To graduate our students as chefs, managers or managers who are fully equipped in
the fields of food science, nutrition and dietetics, tourism, history, art and culture, who have adopted
sustainability as a basic principle and gained interdisciplinary qualifications and bring them to the
sector.
Considering the fact that learning is a long process, we invite you to Gaziantep, the world city of
Gastronomy in 2015, with our fully equipped academic staff, our campus infrastructure equipped
with all kinds of equipment for you to graduate as a university gastronome, and all kinds of elements
in the name of gastronomy.
As Hasan Kalyoncu University, we are ready to train future chefs, managers and operators.
