Students of the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts visited Gaga Akademi on 14.10.2026. The visit was carried out under the guidance of Asst. Prof. Didem GÜN, with the aim of allowing our students to observe the theoretical knowledge they have gained in their courses in an industry setting and to reinforce it.
During the visit, the students had the opportunity to examine the academy’s training and production processes on site. Meeting with the officials, our students received information about professional practices and current developments in the sector, and were able to ask their questions directly to the experts.
Our department plans to continue organizing such activities that strengthen students’ ties with the industry in the coming period. We thank the management and staff of Gaga Akademi for their hospitality and valuable contributions during the visit.
