Graduate Objective of the Department
As stated in the message from the Head of Department, the main goal is to graduate chefs, managers or entrepreneurs who are fully equipped in food science, nutrition and dietetics, tourism, history, art and culture, who have sustainability as a core principle and interdisciplinary qualifications, and to bring them into the sector.
