ARTICLE 5 – (1) Students enrolled in associate, undergraduate, and graduate programs at Hasan Kalyoncu University:
a) In the semester of their enrollment, students are obliged to apply for exemption for courses they have previously taken and successfully completed at other higher education institutions by the end of the first week of the relevant academic year/semester. Exemption requests and adaptation procedures not submitted within this period will not be evaluated by the relevant unit’s administrative board.
