ARTICLE 5 – (1) Students enrolled in associate degree, undergraduate, and graduate programs at Hasan Kalyoncu University:
a) Are obliged to apply for exemption for courses they have previously taken and successfully completed at other higher education institutions until the end of the first week of the respective academic year/semester. Exemption requests and adjustment procedures submitted after the deadline will not be evaluated by the relevant administrative board.
